WorldFood Warsaw: The gateway to Poland’s food & drink sector WorldFood Warsaw attracted over 4,000 industry buyers operating in Poland and Central Europe as a whole in 2016.
Representatives of regional distributors, retailers, manufacturers and associations came together to make vital business connections, get business information unavailable anywhere else in the world, and to seek out the latest innovative products on the market. It is not just regional companies attending WorldFood Warsaw. As the name suggests, it is a truly global concern with representatives from countries including the UK, Thailand, South Africa and India all in attendance. 2016’s show had a particular focus on organic and health foods, one of Poland’s fastest growing sectors, with a full day of events tailored specifically to healthy eating. EcoFood at WorldFood Warsaw returns in 2017. Be sure to check it out in Warsaw in April.
There is also the unique Retail & HoReCa Centre – a chance for producers to get direct one-on-one contact with buyers and representatives from Poland’s biggest food retail, restaurant, café and hotel operators. They are all on the lookout for top quality imported goods. This is your chance to cut out the middle man and deal directly with the food figures who matter.
